I have a keen interest in mental health and companion support. My approach is calm, practical, patient and adaptable to different personalities, communication styles and interests.
Outside work, I enjoy horse riding, sewing, crochet, knitting, baking, arts and crafts, spending time with animals and learning new skills. These interests can also become meaningful shared activities where appropriate.
